Gallery The renowned artist Maya Wildevuur has her atelier in the former living-room of the Ennemaborgh. She doesn't limit herself to one particular style or technique in her paintings. Her oeuvre is composed of acryl's on fabric or paper, aquarelles, mixed techniques and silk-screens. Reoccurring theme's in her work are flowers, animals, humans, landscapes and feelings. Her brightly coloured paintings of water-lilies, poppies and flower pieces are easily recognizable. A screeching staircase leads the visitor to the old cellars, to a permanent exhibition of contemporary paintings.

Art-rental In addition to the sales of art, there is a possibility to rent (of borrow) art. Private persons and companies can rent pieces for a certain monthly pay. In addition, Maya also sells antiquities.  Openinghours: Friday till Sunday between 14.00-17.00 hour. Or on appointment.

Over 3000 pieces of art, among which paintings; bronze, glass and stone statues; ceramic objects and jewelery, can be viewed at Gallery Beeldkracht in Scheemda. This gallery was founded 1996. The artworks are derived from nationally and intrnationally renowned artists, like Ad Arma (nl), Peter Schenk (nl), Quraish (Iraq), Paolo Sistilli (It), Sjaak Smetsers (nl), Lurie Matei (Moldavie), Saskia Pfaeltzer (nl and Leatitia de Haas (nl). Because off the high quality of the art works, the gallery draws visiters from all over the Netherlands. In addition, gallery Beeldkracht exposes artwork from renowned regional artists and from upcoming talents. Also it is possible to borrow art works from for example Adri Dijkhorst, Geert Schreuder, Erik Suidman, Eelco Maan, Ellen van Toor, Johanna Walters, Annemarie Petri, Marcel Schellekens and many other artists. Gallery Beeldkracht offers an atractive policy for buyers of artwork (IK weet niet of oik hier wel goed begrijp wat je bedoelt).
